    小题大做谈创新

     

    A

     

    1。因为移动支付项目的原因接触些充值卡分销商,想给他们通过提供新的服务方式来增加利润(采购价格的确比他们原有渠道要低),遭受到以下异议:

    a 安全隐忧---“要从我的帐号中扣除成本,我帐号中的钱安全吗?”

    b 用户习惯---“人家买卡买了就走多方便,你现在让我们通过手机支付来给他们充值多麻烦啊,再说人家原来还能付钱拿到卡或密码纸,你这样看不见的东西顾客心理不会塌实的!”

    c 从众心理---“别人这么卖吗?有多少人这样卖?要让我这样卖除非大多数人都这样卖了我可以这样做,我老老实实地卖不好,干吗要与别人不一样?”

     

    2 第三个原因是被问及最多,我原来担心的价格,安全和习惯竟然落后于从众的心理,大大超出我的意料!

    3 刚好拿到第十期《商业周刊》,本期的封面文章是《激发创造力---如何打造具有创新意识的公司》,介绍了许多美国公司卓有成效的案例和操作模型,他们---“不再拘泥于产品,而开始着手营造消费经历;重新构思整个品牌线而不仅仅为一些产品增添花色”;“新形式的创新是推动创造力经济发展的动力,而对消费者文化的深入了解却是这种创新的基础,事实上这是一种在消费者尚未清楚表达自己需要时,就能对之作出判断的能力”;“…...在这种环境下经营的美国公司获得了无可比拟的竞争优势".

     

    4。坛子曾经有lily询问什么是创新,如何创新?

     

    5。还有郁金香姑娘曾经就目前热门的蓝海战略发过帖子,讨论企业如何通过跨越现有竞争边界看市场以及将不同市场的买方价值元素筛选与重新排序,重建市场和产业边界来开启潜在需求,从而摆脱“红海”--已知市场空间--的血腥竞争,开创“蓝海”--新的市场空间。
